Greenie's Clubhouse Pavilion Rental Information

  • Rental fee for weddings is $900.00. Rental fee for all other events is $450.00.
  • Non-refundable $200.00 deposit required within (30) thirty days of your event.
  • Tables and chairs are included with rental of the pavilion.
  • You may decorate as needed. However, what is put up must be taken down before leaving. Please do not use anything that requires nails or screws.
  • Events must end at 11:00pm. All guests must exit the property. Cleanup of any personal items must be complete before 11:30pm. Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 fee.
  • Rental fee is $1500.00 if you wish to use your own caterer.
  • You must use Greenie's Clubhouse for your alcohol, as you are not allowed by law to bring in your own. 
  • The restaurant bathrooms will stay open until 11:00pm.
  • All cost will be paid the day of your event. All fees must be made with cash or check. If using a credit card, it must be first approved by Lauri or Paige. When using a credit card, a 3.75% processing fee will be added to your total.
  • Gratuity is not included in any event pricing.
